Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Most orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders placed after 5 pm Pacific Standard Time will be processed the next business day. 

SHIPPING METHODS: Most orders ship within 5-7 business days. As we ship from 10 distribution centers all over the U.S., your items may be shipping from different locations. Please allow 2-4 weeks for custom jewelry orders. For merchandise that is shipping from outside of the U.S., there may be longer shipping windows and we will indicate that on the product page. 

SHIPPING RATES:  Shipping rates are based on the price of your total order. Orders totaling $0 to $74.99 are charged $9.99. Orders totaling $75 to $149.99 are charged $12.99.  Free shipping is offered on orders over $150.
