Thank you for shopping at Frankly Fabulous! We take pride in offering designer-quality merchandise, much of which is customized, handmade, made-to-order by artisan shops, or shipped from overseas. As a result, some items may not be eligible for return.
Please review the following return policy carefully:
1. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., engraved jewelry)
- Sale items (final sale)
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Returns initiated more than 10 days after delivery
2. Return Window
You must initiate a return request within 10 days of delivery.
3. How to Request a Return
- Email us at customerservice@franklyfabulous.net
- If the item is damaged or defective, include a clear photo of the issue
- Upon approval, we will email you a return shipping label
- Ship the item back with all original packaging and tags attached
- Keep your return receipt and tracking number
4. Refund & Replacement Process
- Refunds or replacements (if available) will be issued after we receive and inspect your return.
- Please allow up to 3 weeks for refund processing.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Fees & Shipping
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

6. Fit & Sizing Notes
Please review sizing information before placing your order. Fit may vary slightly by manufacturer.
For handmade leather boots, we recommend ordering a half size smaller than your normal shoe size. They may feel snug at first but will stretch and mold to your feet with wear.
